Everyone has to buy car insurance, right? So it may come as a little bit of a surprise that the latest study from J.D. Power and Associates finds that customer satisfaction with auto insurance is at an all-time high.
The 2012 U.S. Auto Insurance Study reveals that overall customer satisfaction is at its highest point in the past decade, as customers have greater satisfaction in the areas of policy offerings and billing and payment.
New this year, instead of being purely a national study, J.D. Power broke the study into seven regional areas: California, West, Central, Southeast, North Central, Northeast, and Mid-Atlantic.
Are you curious to know the best auto insurance companies by customer satisfaction in each of these regions, maybe to find out if your auto insurance company is among the highest-rated?
