Act fast if you want to get in on the best car deals and incentives December 2012. That’s because these hot deals will melt away come January 2, 2013.

There’s a lot to consider, so we’ve listed them alphabetically by manufacturer and model.

Buick

  • 2012 Buick Regal – Get 1.9 percent financing for 60 months or $1,000 consumer cash. Deal applies also to GS and Turbo models.
  • 2013 Buick Regal – Buyers get $500 consumer cash (also applies to GS and Turbo models).
  • 2012 Buick VeranoOn a purchase, consumers get $500 bonus cash. Lease Verano with 1SD for 24 months at $199 per month with $2,469 due at signing.

Chevrolet

  • 2012 Chevrolet CorvetteBuyers get $3,500 cash or zero-percent financing for 72 months.
  • 2013 Chevrolet CruzeTwo purchase deals: 1.9 percent financing for 48 months plus $500 bonus cash, or zero-percent financing for 60 months plus $500 bonus cash or $1,000 cash back. On the leasing side, lease for 36 months at $269 per month with $2,439 due at signing.
  • 2012 Chevrolet ImpalaBuyers can get zero-percent financing for 72 months plus $500 bonus cash or $4,000 cash back.
  • 2013 Chevrolet Impala – Purchase the 2013 Chevy Impala and get 1.9 percent financing for 60 months plus $500 bonus cash, or $2,500 cash back. Or, leas Impala for 39 months at $299 per month with $3,289 due at signing.
  • 2012 Chevrolet MalibuBuyers get zero-percent financing for up to 60 months or $3,000 cash back.
  • 2013 Chevrolet Malibu – On the newest Chevy Malibu, buyers get 2.9 percent financing for 60 months plus $1,000 bonus cash, or $1,000 bonus cash. There’s also a 36-month lease for $199 per month with $1,979 due at signing.
  • 2012 Chevrolet Sonic – On a purchase, the deal is zero-percent financing for up to  60 months plus $500 cash.

Ford

  • 2013 Ford FiestaConsumers buying the 2013 Ford Fiesta can get up to $1,895 cash back or zero-percent financing for 60 months (deal does not apply to Fiesta S models). Available in Northeast, Southeast, Southwest and West.
  • 2012 Ford FocusNot available on Focus S and electric models, this purchase deal in most regions is for up to $2,500 cash back or zero-percent financing for 60 months.
  • 2012 Ford FusionBuyers get up to $3,750 cash back or zero-percent financing for 60 months plus $1,750 cash back in most regions.

Honda

  • 2012 Honda CivicPurchase and get 0.9 percent financing for 24-60 months (applies to sedan, coupe, Si sedan, Si coupe and natural gas models). Or, lease Civic LX sedan with five-speed automatic transmission for $149 per month for 36 months with $1,999 due at signing; or $200 per month for 36 months with $0 down and $0 first month’s payment.

Hyundai

  • 2012 Hyundai ElantraBuyers can get $500 cash plus 0.9 percent financing for 36 months, or 1.9 percent for 48 months. On the leasing side, lease the Elantra GLS for 36 months at $179 per month and pay $1,999 at signing.
  • 2012 Hyundai Elantra Touring – Get $500 bonus cash plus zero-percent financing for 36 months or 0.9 percent for 48 months or 1.9 percent for 60 months on a purchase. Or, lease Elantra Touring GLS with automatic transmission for $199 per month for 36 months with $2,199 due at signing.
  • 2013 Hyundai Elantra – On the purchase of Elantra sedan, coupe and GT models, consumers get $500 bonus cash plus zero-percent financing for 36 months or 1.9 percent for 48 months. Or, lease Elantra GLS sedan with automatic transmission for $179 per month for 36 months with $1,999 due at signing. Lease Elantra coupe with automatic for $189 per month for 36 months with $2,299 due at signing.
  • 2012 Hyundai Sonata Get $1,500 cash back plus zero-percent financing for 36 months, 0.9 percent for 48 months, or 1.9 percent for 60 months on a purchase. Or, lease Sonata GLS for 36 months at $199 per month and pay $1,999 at signing.
  • 2013 Hyundai Sonata – Purchase Sonata and get $1,500 cash back plus 0.9 percent financing for 36 months, or 1.9 percent for 48 months. Or, lease the 2013 Sonata GLS for 36 months at $245 per month with $0 due at signing.

Kia

  • 2012 Kia ForteHere, buyers get $1,500 bonus cash plus 1.9 percent financing for 36 months.
  • 2013 Kia Forte – Purchase deal includes $1,000 bonus cash plus 1.9 percent financing for 36 months. Or, lease Forte LX sedan with automatic transmission for 39 months at $169 per month with $1,999 due at signing.   • 2012 Kia Optima $500 bonus cash plus 0.9 percent financing for 36 months or 1.9 percent for 60 months.

Mazda

  • 2012 Mazda2 – Buyers get zero-percent financing for 60 months plus $500 customer cash.
  • 2012 Mazda3 – Available on four- and five-door models, this purchase deal is zero-percent financing for 60 months plus $500 customer cash.
  • 2012 Mazda Mazda5 – Buyers get zero-percent financing for 60 months plus $500 customer cash.
  • 2012 Mazda Mazda6 – On a purchase in most regions, the deal is zero-percent financing for 60 months plus $500 customer cash. On the leasing side, lease I Sport trim with automatic transmission (Southeast and Midwest) for 36 months at $209 per month with $1,999 due at signing. In the Northeast, Gulf States and West, the lease deal is $189 per month for 36 months with $1,979 due at signing.

Nissan

  • 2013 Nissan AltimaPurchase deals include $500 or $1,000 (Southeast, Southwest) NMAC cash (when financed through NMAC) on Altima sedan models. On the coupe, in all regions, the purchase deal is special financing plus $500 NMAC cash (when financed through NMAC) as follows: zero-percent financing for 36 months, 0.9 percent for 60 months, or 1.9 percent for 72 months, or $500 cash back plus $500 NMAC cash.
