If winter has hit you so hard that it has you thinking about getting something a bit more aggressive in foul weather, like a good-sized truck, then you’ll want to check out some of the new deals that automotive manufacturers are running on the four-wheeled haulers this month. With new models only a few months from their release dates, this may be the best time to take advantage of what your local dealerships have to offer. Here are some of the best new truck deals and incentives for March 2011.

GM

It’s truck month at General Motors. This month you can get 0% APR financing for up to 72 months on select 2011 models. The following models qualify:

The Silverado and Avalanche have both shown marked improvements in recent years. This may be the perfect time to try one out.

GMC is also offering financing incentives:

  • 2011 GMC Sierra 1500           0% APR for up to 72 months or up to $4,505 cash back
  • 2011 GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD          0% APR for up to 60 months up to $3,005 cash back
  • 2011 GMC Canyon                0% APR for up to 60 months or up to $3,000 cash back

Ford

Ford is running neck-and-neck with the competition for building the best trucks in the world right now. They’re trying to prove it to several consumers by offering the following incentives:

  • 2011 Ford F-150         Up to $4,000 cash back or 0% APR for up to 60 months and $2,000 cash back
  • 2011 Ford Ranger       Up to $2,500 cash back or 0% APR for up to 72 months

Chrysler

If you’re considering the Hem Big Horn or Lone Star editions of the Dodge Ram, there may be no better time than now to get a hold of them. Dodge is offering up to $6,560 on either V8 package, or you can try one of the following deals:

  • 2011 Dodge Ram 1500           Up to $2,500 Cash Back or 2.9% for 36 months
  • 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 & 3500          Up to $1,500 Cash Back or 0% APR for 36 months
  • 2011 Dodge Dakota               0% APR for up to 72 months
  • 2011 Dodge Ram 3500 Chassis Cab  Up to $1,500 Cash Back or 2.9% APR for 36 months + No Charge Hemi Upgrade

Toyota

Although Toyota is also one of the front-runners for quality truck manufacturing, they’re not offering a slew of incentives this month. They could be gearing up for the new model year or spring sales events. Either way, these are the current offers that may be worth your time to check out:

  • 2011 Toyota Tacoma              $1,000 College Grad Rebate, $1,000 Military Personnel Rebate, Complimentary 2-year Maintenance Care Plan
  • 2011 Toyota Tundra               $2,750 Cash Back or 0% APR up to 60 months

Nissan

Much to their disappointment, Nissan has been lagging behind the leaders in truck sales for a couple of years now. That’s good news for consumers, because they’re now trying to make up some ground on the front-runners with the following offers:

  • 2011 Nissan Frontier               $1,500 Cash Back or 0% APR for up to 60 months, 1.9% APR for 72 months
  • 2011 Nissan Titan                   $3,500 Cash Back or 0% APR for up to 60 months, 1.9% APR for 72 months
